The Personal Side of Real Estate

(509) 220-4155

As a John L. Scott broker, my mission is transactional excellence and client satisfaction. That means I work tirelessly to make your home buying or selling process as efficient, stress-free and lucrative for you as possible.

Meet Julie

Julie Cope takes a personal approach when she works with clients during a transaction. Buying and selling a home or property can be both emotional and daunting tasks, so Julie does her best to make the experience as seamless as possible.

Julie began working in the residential real estate market in 2014. She received her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation in November 2018.

Prior to transition to residential real estate, Julie owned a company that specialized in both government property acquisition (eminent domain) and wireless telecommunication site leasing and zoning. She has very much enjoyed the transition into helping people with their personal real estate needs. She is able to use her previous 20 years’ experience to help her clients.

To market her listings, Julie loves using the Listing Launch and the other marketing tools that John L. Scott provides, including Property Tracker®, Market Insights and Facebook boosts. She often works with professional photographers and uses drone photography as well.

Julie is based out of the John L. Scott Spokane office and licensed in Washington and Idaho. She currently specializes in all of Spokane County, part of Stevens County and Kootenai County, Idaho. She has worked with resales, first-time home buyers, multi-family up to four units, resale, condos, clients new to the area and investors.

She quietly gives back to several charities around the Spokane area including Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery, Our Place (serves Spokane's West Central Neighborhood), River's Wish Animal Sanctuary, Transitions and United Way. In her spare time Julie enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music and reading books.

Spokane

Spokane is capital of the Inland Northwest, home to the Gonzaga Bulldogs, the second largest city in Washington State and a great place to call home. What once was a fur trading and mining post and then a railroad hub has grown into a city with a flourishing arts and cultural scene and an economy built around services more than natural resources. We truly are a modern city with deep ties to our history. In fact, 18 of Spokane’s neighborhoods are on the National Register of Historical Districts. Most of the downtown commercial district’s buildings were destroyed in the Great Fire of 1889. This led to a rebuilding boom in the years that followed. The architecture for many of the new buildings was Romanesque Revival, and much of downtown reflects that style today.

Reviews

“In a tough market with available properties changing every day, Julie went out of her way to make sure we had up to date information and guidance about how to approach purchasing our new home. We had open communication with Julie every step of the way through some really challenging decisions. Moving from out of state added to the complexity, but Julie's expertise of the area and the buying process helped us find the perfect home.”

“Julie was a wonderful agent! We can’t say enough good things about her. She is supportive and knowledgeable. She was patient while we looked at house after house.... after house. She was always in our corner. She fights for her clients to get the best. She puts in the work and the time. She’s great with our kids!!! And house shopping with young kids can be a nightmare. Julie was our saving grace at times! She is quick to respond with any questions or concerns. She doesn’t mind going the extra mile. She helped us find our dream home!! I will absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. And... she is currently licensed in both Washington and Idaho. And not a lot are. So that is great. Convenient when looking in both areas. Our whole family loves Julie!”
